As part of B. Braun Philippines’ 40th Anniversary celebration, the “Be Proud, B. Brauners” campaign brought to life the spirit, dedication, and shared purpose of our people.
More than a milestone initiative, it served as a meaningful tribute to the individuals whose commitment has helped shape our organization over the past four decades.
Originating from an employee-submitted idea through the My Digital Idea App, the campaign resonated strongly with our anniversary theme, “Ablaze.” It highlighted the passion, values, and unwavering drive that unite every B. Brauner—showcasing what inspires our teams and fuels our collective progress.
At its core, the campaign celebrated the personal and professional journeys of our employees. Through thoughtfully shared stories of growth, achievements, and impact, it strengthened our culture of belonging and recognition. These narratives reflected the diversity of experiences across the organization and demonstrated what it means to thrive in an environment rooted in purpose, collaboration, and care.
